小中学校の不登校について
日本各地で学校へ行けない児童・生徒の不登校は社会問題となっています。不登校になった本人はもとより、親も不安に駆られてしまいます。
文部科学省の調査では、平成20年度の全国の小学校の、病気などの事情ではない30日以上学校を欠席した不登校児童数は22,652人で全児童数の0.32％の割合です。
これは全児童の314人に1人が不登校であるということを表しています。
全国の中学校の不登校生徒数は104,153人で、全生徒数の35人に1人が不登校です。
合計すると全国(国・公・私立小中学校)の小中学生の85人に1人(1.18％)が不登校です。
学年別では、学年があがるほど不登校の児童・生徒が増える傾向にあり、中学3年では42,427人となっています。
また、不登校の状態が19年度から続いている中学校生徒数は、中学校では54,242人で平成20年度の不登校生徒数の52.1％です。
この数字を見てもわかるように、不登校の問題はすぐに解決できる問題でないことがわかります。
子供が不登校になると学校の勉強や受験、進路、人間関係などが心配になります。
勉強が遅れないようにと家庭教師を考える家庭も多くあります。
子供たちは意欲を取り戻すとあっという間に遅れを取り戻す力があります。
家庭教師などの手段を使い、大検(現在の高等学校卒業程度認定試験)に合格して大学に行き、現在就職している人も多くいるので、あせらないことが重要です。
